Acas warned those working remotely must have the same opportunities as those in the office

An Acas survey has revealed three in five employers (60 per cent) have seen an increase in hybrid working for staff compared to before the pandemic. YouGov asked businesses about changes to working practices compared to before the covid-19 pandemic. The poll also found over half (52 per cent) had seen an increase in staff working remotely full-time. Acas chief executive, Susan Clews, warned: “Employers… need to ensure that staff who work remotely have access to the same opportunities as those that are physically in a workplace”.
