Andrew Fei is a partner at law firm King & Wood in Hong Kong. He has over 15 years of experience in the areas of digital assets, tokenisation, digital payments, financial regulation, artificial intelligence, derivatives, syndicated loans, capital markets and securitisation. Andrew’s clients include central banks, global financial institutions, industry associations, listed companies and fintech giants. Andrew has published over 100 articles on digital assets and financial regulation and is regularly quoted as an expert in the international press, including the Financial Times, New York Times, Bloomberg Businessweek, and South China Morning Post. Andrew holds a master of laws degree from Harvard Law School, and master and bachelor of laws degrees (double first class honours) from Cambridge University, where he ranked second in his class. He is qualified to practise law in New York and Hong Kong. In addition to his full-time legal practice, Andrew is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Hong Kong where he teaches banking law at the Faculty of Law.
