Emily regularly advises clients on a wide range of employment matters, including day to day legal advice on employee performance/conduct issues, dismissals, employment status, grievances, family leave etc. and on larger-scale projects such as collective redundancies and TUPE transfers. She has experience drafting executive service agreements, managing complex senior exits and negotiating settlement agreements. Emily supports clients through all the stages of employment litigation, including pre-claim negotiations and settlement. She provides expert support to the Corporate team on M&A deals, including carrying out due diligence and providing employment input on acquisition documents. She also works closely with the Commercial team on TUPE matters. Emily has a particular interest in artificial intelligence's current and potential future impact on the employment relationship.
