Imogen Mitcheson

Associate, Perpetual

Imogen is currently an Associate with the Perpetual Private Knowledge Services Team. She holds a Bachelor of Arts/Laws and is on her way to completing a Master of Laws majoring in Estate Planning and Wills and Estates, with 4 years PQE in the legal and private wealth management arena. Imogen originally joined Perpetual Private as a Trust Manager looking after the complex needs of our beneficiary clients. Previously, Imogen has worked in Estate Planning and Commercial Litigation within a multi-disciplinary practice and in a prominent class action practice, taking the lead on discovery for the firm in the stage one trial against Volkswagen, Audi and Skoda relating to the sale of vehicles fitted with the EA189 engine. Imogen holds a current practising certificate within the New South Wales jurisdiction and has also been admitted to the High Court of Australia. With a passion for puzzles, off-the-beaten track scenarios and all the possibilities Estate Planning brings, she enjoys researching and working through legislative mazes.
