With a particular bias towards Commercial and Contractual Disputes, Charlotte handles the Firm's Intellectual Property, Technology & Media Law Group's IP litigation at Partner level and also manages a portfolio of IT, software and development companies, most of whom have a national presence. She deals with the Groups reputational management and media law work and is fast developing a specialist niche in that area. Charlotte is also a key member of the Group advising on trademark infringements which have a criminal aspect. Charlotte is recognised as a 'Next Generation Partner' in the Legal 500 2023 Directory and is also ranked in Chambers & Partners 2023. Charlotte was recognised as Lawyer of the Year at the Modern Law Awards 2020 for her outstanding contribution to the development of FBCMB through her leadership and management.
