Partner with a focus on Strategic Projects at Higgs LLP multi-award winning, top 150 UK law firm. Since joining Higgs initially as Finance Director, turnover has quadrupled purely as a result of organic growth, and in 2014 was appointed as the firm’s first non-lawyer partner. After 18 years, now the longest serving Board Member, skills range from Law Firm Strategy to implementation of large-scale practice management systems, management of sizeable legal finance functions through to presenting on a range of topics at the highest level within the legal sector. Notably instrumental in the setting up of and presenting, often internationally, upon the firm’s collaboration with Aston University Business School under a highly successful Knowledge Transfer Project exploring the link between Operations and Culture in law firms.
