WELLBEING
By Nicola Laver
BPP Law School plans to roll out meditation as part of a raft of wellbeing initiates for its students. The law school will give students access to audio meditations that can be downloaded and played on their smartphones, with the aim of controlling anxiety and promoting better sleep. Meanwhile, there are plans to introduce technology that can spot study patterns that might have a negative impact on mental health. The idea is to encourage students 'to work smarter, not harder'. 13 November 2019
