Two key UK firms have formed alliances with Turkish counterparts

Norton Rose Fulbright (NRF) and Kennedys have each formed alliances with Turkish firms. NRF has partnered with Pekin Bayar Mizrahi (PBM), while Kennedys has formed an association with Baysal & Demir. AyÅŸe Yüksel Mahfoud, NRF’s partner-in-charge of the firm’s Istanbul office, commented: “… the Turkish market is buoyant with inward and outward investment and capital markets transactions as well as complex cross-border financings and restructurings”. PBM’s senior partner, Selin Bayar, said: “There is demand for sophisticated cross-border legal services in Turkey”.
