Thrings, a renowned law firm, has further strengthened its esteemed Agriculture team by welcoming Chloe Cosham, an exceptional newly qualified Solicitor, to its Romsey office

Bringing her expertise to the team, Chloe specialises in a wide array of rural and agriculture matters, including property and land transactions, leases, short-term tenancies, and the registration and transference of unregistered land.

Chloe's journey to Thrings began with her traineeship at Knights in Newbury, where she gained invaluable experience across various legal areas, including new homes, restructuring and insolvency, and commercial property. She joined Thrings to complete the final three months of her legal qualifications, focusing on Agriculture law.

Mark Charter, Partner in the Thrings Agriculture team based in Romsey, commended Chloe's swift integration into the team, noting her ability to establish strong relationships with clients and provide comprehensive support on complex matters.
