Talbots Law extends sponsorship, becomes Birmingham Bears’ front-of-shirt sponsor
By Legal Events
The agreement covers the 2024 and 2025 Vitality Blast campaigns, marking the firm's third consecutive year of support
Talbots Law, with 11 offices across the region, has been the Official Legal Partner at Edgbaston and the Lead Partner of the Bears for the past two years. The new contract cements their commitment to the cricket team, showcasing their name prominently on a redesigned T20 shirt set to launch at the end of the month.
Bears players will debut the fresh design on Saturday, June 1, during the Blast Off curtain-raiser against Notts Outlaws at Edgbaston. The striking new shirt features the Talbots logo front and centre, ensuring maximum visibility for the Midlands success story.
Ben Seifas, Head of Sales & Partnerships at Edgbaston, expressed delight in the continued partnership, highlighting Talbots Law as a Midlands success story. He looks forward to the exposure Talbots will gain, especially if the Bears reach Vitality Blast Finals Day.
The agreement not only includes front-of-shirt sponsorship but also maintains Talbots' role as Edgbaston’s Official Legal Partner. The firm's brand will have a prominent presence within the stadium and on the Club’s Bears Den TV match day live stream.
To celebrate the renewal, Bears players Jake Lintott, Craig Miles, and Ed Barnard visited Talbots Law’s headquarters in Dudley, filming a spoof video inspired by the US legal drama Suits.
Talbots Law CEO Dave Hodgetts expressed excitement about continuing the partnership, emphasising the fruitful collaboration with key stakeholders within the club and the broader local business community. As an exclusive legal partner to the stadium, Talbots is committed to strengthening relationships and contributing to the success of both the cricket team and the community.
The new partnership showcases Talbots Law's dedication to supporting local sports and fostering meaningful connections within the Midlands.
