STRUCK OFF

A sole practitioner diverted £200,000 from a deceased estate to repay his firm's debts when winding down the practice. After a complaint by beneficiaries to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), Cabeer Ahmed attempted to blame accounting errors.
