New funding for the Improving Outcomes Through Legal Support grant

The Ministry of Justice announced on 13 March that £12 million of new funding has been earmarked for the Improving Outcomes Through Legal Support grant, which aims to enable vulnerable people to get access to legal help. The new grant aims to focus on the provision of at court support. The Access to Justice Foundation will administer the latest allocation of funding, which will run from July 2023 to March 2025. Charities providing support to people with legal problems can now apply to the foundation for funding.
