Linklaters and Opus 2 have launched a cloud-based solution that offers a more “flexible, dynamic and efficient” way to manage investigations. Linklaters said the production of witness bundles and chronologies can be time-consuming and evidence stored in separate databases makes it complex to get a complete evidential picture. Opus 2 Investigations brings together key evidence in a single space. Dispute resolution partner Ben Packer said the tech would revolutionise “traditional legal processes towards a far more seamless way of working” and offer “considerable time-savings” and “closer collaboration” during investigations.
