The reports outline the Law Society's plans to achieve its EDI goals

The Law Society published on 1 March its 2022 equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) report and pay gap report. The EDI report sets out the Law Society’s efforts to improve EDI within the organisation and the plans to achieve its EDI targets going forward. The pay gap report includes disability, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation/identity and trans identity pay gap figures compared to the national average. The Law Society will be conducting a review of its employee reward approach this year, which aims, amongst other things, to address pay gaps.
