Firms now have longer to enter 'in recognition of the uncertainty facing law firms and solicitors'

The Law Society has extended its deadline for entries to the Law Society Awards until Friday 4 June 2021.

The Law Society commented: “In recognition of the uncertainty facing law firms and solicitors, we've extended the deadline for entries for the Law Society Awards to give you more time to complete your submission.”

There are 20 categories this year, including several new categories: practice promotion, the rule of law, ethical standards, and practice management.

The awards seek to recognise the outstanding work of individuals, teams and firms in the legal profession.

Law Society president, I. Stephanie Boyce, urged firms and individuals to enter, to ensure members of the profession “get the recognition their outstanding work deserves.”
