Knights CEO windfall

David Beech, a corporate solicitor and chief executive of listed firm Knights, will receive around £61m from the sale of nearly half of his shares in the firm. He now holds 16.8m shares having sold 15.7m at a sale price of £3.90 per share. Turnover at Knights for the six months to the end of October 2020 rose by 45 per cent to £46.2m.
