HAPPY AT HOME
By Nicola Laver
A study of 1,000 British office workers, including 100 working in law, by tech company Culture Shift has found that more than half (52%) of legal employees surveyed say working from home has improved their work-life balance for the better. A quarter (26%) said that they felt more motivated working from home and more than half (56%) reported that they were trusted while working remotely and not being micromanaged. The study found that almost half (44%) of those working in law were 'dreading going back to the workplace'. 1 September 2020
