National law firm Freeths has made a significant move to enhance its position in the insolvency sector by appointing Su Garner as a Partner to establish a dedicated Restructuring and Insolvency team in Leicester. With over 20 years of experience, Su Garner is recognised for her expertise in non-contentious restructuring and insolvency matters.

Su's advisory scope spans various sectors, including construction, retail, hospitality, and automotive, with a particular focus on distressed real estate, formal insolvency appointments, and security issues. Her appointment aligns with Freeths' commitment to strengthening and expanding its offerings in the Midlands, following recognition as the most active firm in the UK for insolvency filings by the High Court Review 2023, with 358 filings.
