Top 50 commercial law firm Freeths has provided crucial support to the management team of Imperial Corporate Events (ICE) during its recent strategic investment from Rockpool Investments. This deal aims to bolster ICE's expansion into new geographical markets, pursue strategic acquisitions, and enhance access to high-profile events within the global sports and entertainment sectors. Established in 2002, ICE has positioned itself as a leading corporate events agency in the UK, boasting a portfolio that includes 15,000 events worldwide. The firm excels in delivering premium travel, accommodation, and catering alongside experiences at some of the world's most prestigious sporting events, concerts, and culinary showcases.
CEO Rob Poutch remains at the helm of the business, continuing his leadership alongside the existing management team.
