Flexible working is now a prerequisite for most
According to research by legal recruiter, Realm Recruit, flexibility has overtaken pay as the top priority for lawyers seeking a new role. It found, for the majority of lawyers, flexible working has become a prerequisite, rather than an incentive. 84 per cent said firms should permit remote working at least three days a week. The research also found 40 per cent had not had a pay increase in the last year and 41 per cent said a pay rise would be very important in their next role.
