DWF real estate hire

Damian Fleming will join DWF as a partner in its global real estate practice. Fleming will join DWF's London office in September from BCLP, where he spent 16 years as a real estate partner. For the last five years, he was managing partner of the Manchester office. Damian has experience acting for international investors and developers, sovereign wealth funds, high net worth individuals, UK and international banks and retailers. He advises on investment capital transactions, large-scale pre-lets, portfolio asset management, secured lending and a range of corporate real estate matters.
