The government is seeking 'tangible' examples of dispute resolution from the 'frontline'

The closing date for the government’s call for evidence on dispute resolution in England and Wales has been extended to 11:59pm 31 October 2021. The government has sought evidence on dispute resolution from all interested parties, including the judiciary, legal profession, mediators and other dispute resolvers, academics, the advice sector and court users. It is particularly interested in collecting evidence from those on the “frontline” with tangible examples, data to share or those who with experience of dispute resolution within and outside of the courts system.
