DIGITAL CONVEYANCING

Exchange of contracts for the sale of new build houses has been achieved in seven days via a fully digital process, tech innovation company Yourkeys said. It managed an exchange in 11 days in January on properties in MBU Capital's Park Place Development in Stevenage but says since then it has done it in seven days on three separate occasions. It is now working on a tech solution to accelerate conveyancing transactions involving chains. Yourkeys' CEO Riccardo IannucciDawson, said: 'Our solution automatically pulls together all the upfront data required to process a transaction and then passes that data via API down the supply chain into the brokers, conveyancers and ultimately lenders.' 17 February
