Devonshires clinical negligence team merges with barrister-led firm
A new ABS is the 'perfect marriage' of clinical negligence expertise and service
The clinical negligence department of Devonshires has merged with barrister-led firm, PI Law Direct, to form Devonshires Claims, an alternative business structure (ABS) regulated by the SRA. The practice will concentrate on birth injuries and catastrophic injury claims, as well as other kinds of clinical negligence and personal injury claims. 10 Devonshires and four PI Law Direct fee-earners will be led by ex-Devonshires partner, Nick Grant, who described the merger as the “perfect marriage” of expertise and service.
