The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (SDT) has cleared a Bath-based solicitor of overcharging allegations. Derwent William Moger Campbell, the former managing partner of Mogers Drewett Solicitors, was accused of overcharging the estate of a deceased person. However, the SDT found the allegations 'not proved' and ordered they be dismissed with no costs being made to Campbell. The decision to prosecute Campbell was made by the Solicitors Regulation Authority on 3 July 2018. He was cleared after SDT hearings on 21 and 22 November 2019 and 20 January 2020. 31 January
