CILEX appoints new director of education

The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) has appointed David Cameron as director of education. Cameron will assume responsibility for continuing professional development, the CILEX law school, apprenticeships and the CILEX Professional Qualification. He will influence public education policy on CILEX’s behalf. Cameron said: “[CILEX’s] work on improving accessibility and opening up routes to the law is vital, to create a profession that better reflects the society that it serves... My goal is to create a cohesive CILEX education offering… that will empower our members”.
