Blake Morgan expands its London teams with five new lawyers across Commercial & Charities and Employment
Blake Morgan has strengthened its Commercial & Charities and Employment teams in London with the addition of five new lawyers. The firm has welcomed Jonathan Askin as a Partner and Tara Anderson as an Associate in the Commercial & Charities team, while the Employment team sees the arrival of Partner Bob Cordran and Associates Jaden Cramer and Imogen Higgins-Smith.
Jonathan Askin brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial, intellectual property and data law, having previously served as Partner and Head of Commercial at two Top 50 UK law firms. His expertise spans multiple sectors, advising multinational corporations and start-ups with a pragmatic and commercial approach. Tara Anderson has significant experience negotiating commercial contracts, particularly in the technology and outsourcing sectors.
Bob Cordran, a highly regarded employment lawyer, was previously Partner and Head of Employment at his former firm. He specialises in employment advice related to corporate and commercial transactions, with his work recognised in the Legal 500 2025 Guide. He is joined by Jaden Cramer, who practised employment law in South Africa for four years before joining a top-tier employment practice in London, and Imogen Higgins-Smith, who has extensive experience in corporate employment support on high-value transactions and Employment Tribunal claims.
