With a tenure of 36 years at Armstrong Teasdale, Engel's ascendancy to this role signifies a continuation of the firm's legacy of robust leadership. Working alongside outgoing Managing Partner Patrick Rasche across various leadership capacities, Engel is primed to take the reins while Rasche transitions back to Intellectual Property law within the firm.

Expressing confidence in Engel's capabilities, Rasche remarked, "Rick will be a strong leader for the firm. Engel's track record at the firm includes roles as general counsel, partner, and former leader of the Financial and Real Estate Services group. His diverse involvement in committees and practice groups attests to his multifaceted expertise and commitment.
