Rebecca Fisher has joined Russell-Cooke as its eighth partner, moving from Morrisons Solicitors, where she was head of private client Wimbledon and deputy head of private client firm-wide.

And Christopher Salomons has been appointed as associate. He joins from Withers, where he worked in the international wealth planning department.

Fisher advises families and individuals on all aspects of private client law including, estate administration, creating trusts and administering powers of attorney. She also works with business owners and shareholders on tax-efficient succession planning.

Salomons' background is in tax, estate planning and trusts. He advises clients on general estate planning, including residence and domicile issues, inheritance tax planning and trust structuring.

Russell-Cooke's head of private client group Richard Frimston said the two hires were welcome additions to the team. He said: "[Rebecca's] sympathetic yet practical approach brings a new depth to the department's expertise.

"[Christopher's] areas of expertise add strength and depth to Russell-Cooke's private client practice."
