This is a clear, easy to read book from experienced authors Professor Lesley King and Peter Gausden. As one would expect the book is well written and high quality.

In light of the fact that there are so many wills and probate books on the market what is the rationale behind it? When I spoke to Peter Gausden, the answer seems in part to lie in the desire of the publishers to add another series to its practice guides. Therefore, what you have is a compact and inexpensive book. Writing is succinct and contained in 259 pages including the three appendixes. The book is paperback and is the same size as a novel. Consequently, it has a higher chance than most of actually being read rather than cast aside and left to lapse in the library.
