Kate is a founding partner of Edmonds Marshall McMahon, specialising in large scale international corruption, and cross-border fraud. She is known for her incisive analysis and strategic vision and is often instructed by Countries, Hedge Funds and International Corporations. Since 2018, Kate has been recognised as an international “Global Elite Thought Leader" by the “Who’s Who Legal: Asset Recovery" Guide and as a leading UK expert by the "GIR Asset Recovery Experts" for investigations.
