Kari Gerstheimer, CEO and Founder, Access Social Care Kari qualified as a Solicitor in Scotland in 2003 and in California in 2004 and has an LLM in Human Rights Law. Kari has worked in the charitable sector since 2008, setting up a beneficiary facing legal department at Sense, before moving the service to Mencap in 2017. Kari founded Access Social Care as an independent charity in 2020. Kari has held a range of C-suite and non-Exec roles and sits on the management committee of the Care and Support Alliance and the Administrative Justice Council advice sector panel.
