Simmons & Simmons has brought two lawyers back into the fold in Hong Kong.

Corporate and commercial partner Joseph Lee and financial markets partner David Neuville have rejoined the firm from Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft.

Both practiced at the international law firm as partners from 2004 to 2006. They bring with them a team of associates, who will join Simmons over the next few weeks.

"Having Joseph and David rejoin us with the new team will greatly increase our international capability in Asia," said Jason Daniel, head of the firm's corporate and commercial group in Asia.

Lee specialises in corporate finance and securities transactions. His practice focuses on initial public offerings related to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Neuville specialises in capital markets, both equity and debt. His practice focuses on the representation of issuers and underwriters in global offerings of securities.
