Lefèvre Pelletier & associés has expanded its presence in Germany with the appointment of three founding partners and one lawyer from Munich law firm fkstpartners.

The new team of four lawyers, which includes three of the founding partners of fkstpartners – Andreas Feuerstein, Dr Bernd Spieth and Oliver Kirfel – join the independent French law firm as partners. Dr. Fabian Tross, previously a lawyer at fkstpartners, has also been made partner.

Lefèvre Pelletier has also announced the appointment of Dr Oliver Michael Hübner, formerly of SJ Berwin, as partner in its Frankfurt office. The firm says Hübner will be “in charge of developing German clients” and advising them on German real estate and public law.

The news forms part of what the firm calls its “proactive international development strategy” and follows the opening of its Frankfurt office in 2011. Between 1998 and 2008, Lefèvre Pelletier opened its first five offices overseas: in Hong Kong (1998); Guangzhou (2005); Algiers (2007); Casablanca (2008); and Shanghai (2008).
