UK law firm asb law has entered into formal collaboration agreement with US aviation claims boutique practice Murray, Morin and Herman (MMH).

asb law has also formed a consultancy agreement with claims liability lawyer Tim Brymer, which represents the US law firm in the UK.

The three parties plan to provide legal advice on aviation-related litigation claims wherever US or UK law applies. Their focus will primarily be on aviation claims liability work, but they will also cover other aviation dispute work.

Commenting on the strategic rationale behind the alliance, Andrew Clinton, managing partner of asb law, told Managing Partner: "We are re-designing our model around the needs of our target clients and increasingly they are expressing a desire for collaborative solutions that are tailored to their particular needs."

Clinton confirmed that, as part of the firm's plans to provide clients with a 'holistic legal service', his firm is seeking "collaborative relationships" with other providers of legal and consultancy services.

"We are currently in discussions with two other providers but can't disclose details at this time," he said.
