Moneypenny expands teams as demand grows

By

Telephone answering specialist, Moneypenny, has added five new teams of receptionists dedicated to meeting the demands of the growing number of firms using the service.

As client numbers and overall call volumes continue to rise across the business, Moneypenny has had an ongoing recruitment programme in place since the beginning of the year, with 90 new additions and 50 more in the pipeline.

Bernadette Bennett, commercial manager at Moneypenny, commented: "We are delighted to see our legal teams growing as we work hard to stay ahead of demand. It takes many weeks for a receptionist to complete training and several months before they are ready to take on their own clients so it's not something we take lightly.

"Legal still accounts for our largest overall client share and remains a critical sector for us. In recent months we have seen a notable increase in the numbers of large clients joining us. What's really exciting right now is our new Digital Receptionist product. Our new technology allows clients to customise the way their calls are handed, whether it be an automated approach for selected callers or rolling out the red carpet for a more personal service for others.

"Looking forward we have committed heavily to legal events again for the coming months. These activities have enormous value to us in enabling us to stay closely connected to the sector while helping us keep abreast of the issues and challenges affecting firms today.

"We very much look forward to meeting clients old and new as we continue to work with firms of all shapes and sizes to provide solutions that really work for them."
