Charles Russell Speechlys unveils advanced client solutions team to enhance innovation

In a strategic move to improve its innovation capabilities, Charles Russell Speechlys has announced the formation of a new 'Advanced Client Solutions' team
Comprising ten newly created full-time positions, all based in the UK, the team's establishment marks a pivotal step in the firm's commitment to staying at the forefront of technological advancements in the legal industry.
The Advanced Client Solutions department will encompass a range of expertise aimed at optimising the delivery of legal services within the firm. This includes Solution Development, Legal Tech & AI, Legal Project Management, Alternative Delivery, and Process Improvement. With the goal of enhancing client offerings, the firm aims to have 18 full-time roles within the team by the end of 2024.
The creation of this new team aligns with a broader three-year Innovation strategy spearheaded by Joe Cohen, who assumed the role of Director of Advanced Client Solutions in December 2023. Cohen's extensive experience and vision position him as a driving force behind the firm's ambition to become the most innovative international private capital law firm by 2025.
Commenting on the initiative, Joe Cohen emphasised the importance of staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging technology to deliver optimal outcomes for clients. He expressed confidence in the team's ability to capitalise on technological advancements swiftly, positioning Charles Russell Speechlys as a leader in innovation within the legal sphere.
Simon Ridpath, Managing Partner, echoed Cohen's sentiments, highlighting Cohen's expertise and track record in driving successful innovation projects. Ridpath affirmed his confidence in the new team's ability to support the firm in achieving its growth objectives while delivering exceptional service to clients.
