For 151 years Solicitors Journal has represented the truly independent voice for the legal profession.

Solicitors Journal covers a wide variety of topics including property, litigation, commercial, crime, private client, local government, finance and practice management. Articles are designed to be comprehensive yet easily digestible by the busy practitioner, and include boxes featuring relevant practice points and summaries.

Over three quarters of SJ subscribers are partners and assistants working in private practice. 85% of these are working at firms with 10 or less partners which means many of our readers are directly responsible for budget planning and purchasing decisions. The remaining subscribers are made up of solicitors and barristers working in local authorities, councils and courts and also those working within commerce and industry.

Display and classified advertising

• Artwork produced in Quark Xpress 7.3 (or below) or Photoshop CS3 (or below) can be accepted on PC compatible CD ROM. All fonts, support files and hard copy must be included. Please supply jpeg, tiff or eps files at 300 dpi and use CYMK images only.
  
  
• Pdf documents - high resolution, distilled in Adobe Acrobat 8 (or below), Press Optimized, all fonts and images embedded can be accepted on disc or via email.
  
  
• Copy can be set by prior arrangement or charge. Please send copy via email or on a floppy disc. All text should be supplied in Word with any logos save separately.
